Jules' holistic gentle approach supports people of all ages who maybe experiencing back, neck or joint pain, headaches, postural issues, stress, fatigue or nervous system imbalances. It can also help those recovering from injury or trauma, whether physical or emotional, and anyone seeking gentle support to restore balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Her sessions address underlying causes of discomfort and help bring the body and nervous system back into harmony.

What to expect

Your session begins with a detailed discussion of your health and medical history to understand why you are seeking support.  Jules will explain her findings and, if appropriate, provide treatment during that session.  Jules uses the techniques most suited to your body’s needs, drawing from her full range of therapeutic approaches to help restore balance and wellbeing. Your personalised care may include spinal and peripheral joint adjustments, mobilisations, soft tissue treatment, and guidance on exercise, self-help strategies, diet, and lifestyle.  Each session concludes with advice to support your wellbeing between visits, and follow-up care is discussed as needed to help you maintain progress.

After Care

Following your session, your body continues to rebalance — so a little care helps the process unfold naturally.
Rest and go gently for the next day or two; avoid anything strenuous.
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and support your nervous system.
Keep moving softly – light stretching or a walk helps circulation and integration.
Eat and rest well – nourishing food and early nights make a real difference.
Notice how you feel – changes in energy, emotions, or sleep are normal signs of adjustment.
